Founded in 2023 by Steven Henchel, Greens Guild embarked on a journey to create a golf community where enthusiasts could gather regularly. Initially a modest endeavor, the league quickly found its footing in the local community. With a commitment to inclusivity and a passion for the sport, the Greens Guild gained momentum, drawing in members from all walks of life. As it grew, the league became not only a haven for golf enthusiasts but also a pillar of support for disabled veterans. The arrival of Jonathan Sassa, with his PGA experience and deep understanding of adaptive golf, quickly enhanced the league’s offerings. His quiet yet impactful contributions helped shape programs that welcomed players of all abilities, further enriching the Greens Guild’s legacy. Today, the Greens Guild proudly stands as a testament to the power of community, fostering friendships and providing a welcoming escape for all who share a love for the game.

 Our Founder and Commissioner, Steven Henchel, ignited the Greens Guild Golf Community out of a desire to share his passion for golf.
